The Minnesota Judicial Branch has developed an online accounting program called CAMPER (Conservator Account Monitoring Preparation and Electronic Reporting System) which requires all current conservators (unless otherwise directed by the court) to register for the CAMPER program and file an online accounting for the conservatorship. This program is mandatory as of January 1st, 2011. The program has been found to be a helpful tool for Conservators for filing their annual accounts. Also the Annual Notice of Rights to Petition and the Personal Well Being Report can also be filed through the CAMPER program. The CAMPER program is designed to help give the judicial council improved oversight of conservatorships by centralizing and automating accounts and processing and monitoring them better.

Information on CAMPER can be found at
http://www.mncourts.gov/conservators

Also as of Augst 1st, 2010 Minnesota conservators are no longer required to file a separate "Informational Statement" for conservators. The Annual/Final Account and Annual Notice of Rights forms found on the courts website have been updated to include the information needed on the Informational Statement.
